We develop next-generation gene therapies for neurological disorders. Our lab designs and tests genome-editing platforms and gene delivery technologies to correct pathogenic variants and modulate protective pathways. By combining molecular engineering with safety and specificity profiling, we aim to translate genome editing tools into durable treatments for neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders.
